What to do after the 2027-entry Redbridge test
- Redbridge Council says it emails test results in the middle of October. It also says it will advise parents of their child's overall position before 31 October. That advice is not a guarantee of any offer.
- Complete the formal Common Application Form online by 31 October 2026 and list your school preferences. Registering for the test is not an application. A child who scores below the minimum threshold of 104 is not added to the ranked list or waiting list.
- The council tells parents the outcome of applications on or about 1 March 2027. If you apply through another council, check that council's closing date.

Scoring and eligibility
The 2027-28 Redbridge admissions arrangements set a minimum threshold score of 104; applicants below 104 are not added to the ranked or waiting lists. Applicants who reach the threshold are considered within the published priority groups, including the pupil-premium group, common-catchment applicants and applicants outside the common catchment area. Within those groups, applicants are ranked by total standardised score. Meeting the threshold does not guarantee a place.
